Mara and Colleen dive into the Theranos story and discuss why there is an appetite for the retelling of all these fraudsters’ stories (e.g. Fyre Festival, Anna Delvey, College Admission Scandal). With the upcoming sentencing of both Elizabeth Holmes and Sunny Balwani, we can’t help but wonder if all of the elements that made Elizabeth Holmes’ story the most intriguing, may also help her receive a lighter prison sentence.
