It is good to be back to working on the podcast after an extended pause. What started off as a two week pause ended up being four weeks and I am feeling energized and focused on continuing this project in a way that I hope will be beneficial to myself, my loved ones, anyone who listens and (in some small way perhaps) the world. In this episode I will talk about what has been going on my life during the pause, some of my reflections from that time, and the way forward for the podcast. Thank you for joining me.
