As a dad, I feel it is essential to maintain social relationships with others. Of course spending time with your family should be the number one priority, but sharing common interests with others allows you to involve your family through these connections.

In this week's episode I shed light on a couple of groups I am a part of and how beneficial they are to me. I also acknowledge previous and current friendships I have maintained over the past two decades.
