Hey folks. I wanted to let you all know that because of a couple of IRL issues as well as some technical difficulties, the special Great Firewall episode of Ephemera will be released on Tuesday next week instead of Thursday this week. I’ll be uploading the relevant companion pieces for the patreon feed on Tuesday as well.

I’ve always wanted Ephemera to be good, not just out there. I would’ve been on track to release the episode today, but unfortunately it’s still below my standard for quality that you’ve come to expect from the show, so I’ll be doing rewrites of two sections over the weekend and then releasing a finished product I can be proud of.

This one’s going to be extra long - about half an hour, instead of twenty minutes - and I wanted it to be reasonably educational.

I won’t be charging any Patreon fees this month as an apology. Thanks, everyone, and the episode will come out on Tuesday. Ephemera is very much a labour of love from one person, with many contributions from others to make that labour of love even better.
