This is a special episode for us, as we dive into the approach of hitting from the on deck circle to the pitch coming out of the pitchers hand. This break down works in all levels of play and can be utilized by every age bracket of players.  As a coach, I can't stress the importance of having an approach and knowing what to do in situations.
