In episode 8, I talk to Jacqueline from Community Bridges, Inc. They walk me through the Title 36 "process". After experiencing workplace retaliation and harassment, I filed a number of police reports outlining my safety concerns. I also emailed the Mayor and Council about these concerns. Instead of investigating the issues I raised, TPD and CBI filed two Title 36 forms with the Pima County court (one of these was approved by Judge Ferlan, who should be removed from their position). The circus used these forms to try to coerce me into involuntary psychological evaluations (and have shown up at my home on a handful of occasions). Unfortunately, there are no ways to hold them accountable because the two individuals who filed the forms in court are not considered employees of the police department. They work for a private organization that partners with the police department (Connections Health Solutions).
