Kristen Jauregui - a 23 year veteran dispatcher for the El Monte Police Department in California - has been on comms to hear her husband, a police officer with the same force, involved in several harrowing incidents, including active shooters. Kristen also discusses her most traumatic event: she sent two police officers/friends to a call that cost them their lives... and when she finally returned to work, faced another officer-down incident.
