In this solo episode, I discuss how I am dealing with this shock of a 3-4 months of COVID-19 lockdown/quarantine that none of us ever expected. There have been positive as well as negative experiences for all of us. And I am hoping that by talking about my experiences openly, that I, in some way, am able to push you to look at yourself a little more closely. There hasn't been a better opportunity to do so in ages.
In this episode I talk about:
- My understanding of finding happiness
- Physical fitness : How I have used the lockdown to understand my body better and how you can do the same.
- Mental Fitness : How I discovered something about meditation that I hadn't understood in the last 4 years of my meditation journey. And of course, how you can do the same.
- The Importance of Family and Friends
- The Curse of too many choices and too many things to do around us.
- My Anxieties, my fears and the web of distractions.
Hope you enjoy the episode.
