This is a deeply emotional and joyful episode, filled with both laughter and tears. I truly feel that you are holding space for my personal healing, and I am so grateful for all of you.
This episode was inspired by a phrase download I recently received: “When I ground, I go high.”
What it means is this: when we bring awareness, care, and peace to our lower chakras, or our first three human needs, we create balance and safety within ourselves. From that grounded place, our energy naturally rises, lifting our vibration toward the higher, Heavenly chakras.
I am able to explain this concept more clearly thanks to the incredible work of Tony Robbins, who teaches both the Human Needs and the Spiritual Needs:
Certainty, Uncertainty, Significance, Connection or Love, Growth, and Contribution, giving back.
I also talk about a beautiful real life example of healthy masculine and feminine energy, seen in the Japanese ice skating couple who won the gold medal. Their partnership reflects balanced male and female energies working together in harmony, power, trust, and creative flow.
I had a blast recording this episode.
Love you,
Sylvia and Angel 104
