Today's episode, I will explore how you can utilised mindset strategies in your journey of healing.
I'm absolutely fascinated by what people can manage to overcome and subsequently achieve despite of the adversities that they have faced in their lives. Some people can go through severe trauma and they can use that pain to expand and others would be be shrunk by the trauma leaving them stuck for decades.
I also believe that sometimes we don't know, what we don't know (i.e..mindset strategies) . Sometimes we think certain feelings and behaviours are just 'US' and that we have no power to change them. But we do! It simply takes our deep desires for wanting healing for ourselves. With that said, desires alone is not enough on pursuit of healing. We must capitalise on the behaviours of commitment and consistency - in other word, making a commitment to yourself to heal from this trauma of estrangement and learn about mechanisms behind it, also learn to invest in you, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. When we feel wholesome, we see wholesome in others. We are able to see love and possibilities instead of limitation and subsequently, our hearts become open. I wholeheartedly believe it is your birth right to feel this way.
