Anxiety is a real part of many of our kid’s lives, especially as they head back to school. In today’s episode we did a “follow up” and checked in on how Lisa and Sara’s kids are now doing one week later.
In this episode, we covered:
Gratitude for the “tools” the kids found within the school system.
Teaching our kids to advocate for what they need and tap into the resources available to them.
The emotional “W” and how to support your child during the emotional rollercoaster, but also knowing that it does not work for everyone, and that is ok.
The power of awareness and checking in with your emotions and determining what is real or what may be exaggerated in our minds and emotions. And then make decisions in alignment with that.
Moms can tap into their own support system, to help get them get through the “ups and down” of life and parenting.
