Our world pre-pandemic was a hectic, fast paced lifestyle, and for those who had to hit pause on their action-packed lives, it was hard.

2020 has definitely given us all a bit of a shake up, whether it be job-wise, our daily routine or just a change of perspective on our health. But one thing we did not expect was the shift from parenting in the fast lane to the slow lane.
