In this episode, a case that proves compassion can change someone’s life! A concerned citizen calls 9-1-1 to report a toddler in a diaper walking around the street by himself. Mannina takes the call for a “welfare check”, and finds not only the toddler outside, but two other small kids inside in the nearby home in filthy conditions, including flies and roaches crawling all over them. She quickly calls Child Protective Services, but after the children’s mother returns, Mannina hears a story that softens her heart and saves a family.
