As I turn 50 this week I have a lot to be thankful for...

1. I'm half way to 100
2. I decided that I need to live life despite what's happened to me
3. I can be an inspiration to others

I think it's important to look back and figure out how to make adjustments to get through adversity. As I often do I take a look back at where I used to be emotionally and how I ended up here.
