"The V Word," was written by Mick Garris (creator of Masters of Horror and writer of "Hocus Pocus.") and directed by Ernest Dickerson, who is best known for, "Do the Right Thing," "Bones (Snoop Dogg)," "The Walking Dead," and "Dexter."
