Today we speak with esteemed guest, Professor Mike Bidwell.  He is a BJJ blackbelt and the mind, body, and soul behind FloLife BJJ both online and in his academy in Lakewood, Colorado and is the creator of BJJ after 40.  Mike and I went deep on this one and discussed all sorts of things ranging from: martial arts as a spiritual practice, warriorship in the modern age, BJJ philosophy and BJJ parenting, the intersections of BJJ/Psychedelics/Cannabis, and a positive spin on the current apocalypse.   We discuss the importance of learning from everyone on our journeys through this dimension and how we can make the most of it.  Enjoy folks!
