An emergency call to police about a loose Rottweiler running around the neighborhood sends Mannina and another officer to the city’s south side. They get to the scene and witness the dog fighting with another pooch, when all of a sudden, the Rott turns its attention to Mannina and her partner. As the ferocious dog quickly approaches, the team makes a split-second decision that doesn’t sit well with the dog’s owner, which leads him down the road of crime.
