Human beings have been shut down, locked in, their homes for way too long. Those with mental health issues have a problem. Human beings not being able to socialize with other people have problems. Suicides have gone up, relapse into drugs have gone up, and the mental health patients have had a problem reaching out to their mental health professional. Lockdown is very bad for our mental and physical issues. We need to do better, all of us need to know there are people available to talk to. You need to reach out to people who need to talk.
