Episode 82: 10X your WHY and reach your full potential
One of the first things that shifts when you transition into an entrepreneurial mindset is where your accountability comes from. Accountability moves from others holding you responsible to you taking personal responsibility for all actions and outcomes in your life. Now at first, this may seem overwhelming but the truth is, it is the most freeing stance you can take. When you are at cause and take complete responsibility for yourself and your actions you have the power to change any situation. What motivates entrepreneurs to move toward self-accountability is having a strong connection to their why. Many business experts agree to have a strong why not only keeps you grounded, energized, and inspired, it also increases your focus as well as sets your direction.
