Krista interviews Lindsey Simcik and Krista Williams, the hosts of the Almost 30 podcast. Lindsey and Krista are leaders, disruptors, change-makers, and vulnerable human beings who share their learnings and experiences through their podcasts, courses, music, and words. Today, they talk about how they manage to stay true to themselves and keep their community onboard as they change and evolve as people. Lindsey describes how she takes time to integrate her experiences before sharing them so she can speak from a healed and grounded place, and Krista reveals that her priority is not the size of her Instagram following or the success of her brand but the ability to live in harmony with her authentic self. 

They are both super-grateful for the kindness and support they get from their online community. However, they have learned not to take either the positive or the negative comments they receive too personally, and as influencers, they have resisted the opportunity to speak on topics that are outside of their area of expertise. Lindsey has recently embarked on a solo venture, the Sacredness of Being Single program, and both she and Krista are excited about the opportunity to express themselves individually while still being part of a supportive business.
