Pope Francis recently created a stir, as he was quoted as saying, “A hell does not exist; the disappearance of the souls of sinners exists.” So the parishioner wants to know what the pastor and professor think about hell and its existence.

Aaron then plays the part of a presbytery examiner, grilling Barry and Kyle with questions about no hell (annihilationism), a partial hell (purgatory), or empty hell (universalism). The guys then turn to the Biblical and Reformed view of hell, confirming its existence and discussing other matters regarding it such as God’s presence, the experience of the reprobate there, and the manner needed in warning people about it.

Though a sobering episode, it’s a needed one. Tune in and listen!
