Hey friend!

It feels like it's been forever since I sat in my closet & chatted with you even though we didn't miss a beat when I was in Italy; but we're back!

Eventually I will share all of the good stories & things from Italy, but I wanted to come back & immediately speak on a topic that keeps coming up: "everyone has it all figured out!"

I can't even count the number of people I have spoken with lately who have uttered some version of the above phrase, "so & so has it all figured out, & I'm just over here feeling like a mess."

Girl, I need you to take a second & STOP! Why? 
Because NO ONE, & I mean NO ONE has it all figured out; & anyone who tells you they do is full of shit! #sorrynotsorry

In today's episode we dive deep into this topic & how we can combat those thoughts that make us feel less then.

Here are 3 ways you can move yourself forward, celebrate where you are & stop believing that everyone else has it all figured out:
1) set small manageable goals
2) take a break from social media
3) celebrate where you've been
