Sam Felham is the director of the Public Health Collaboration, a charity dedicated to informing and implementing healthy decisions for better public health. Desicions that go against outdated conventional wisdom and are evendice vased. Sam came from a Personal Training background but decided he wanted to change things on a bigger scale.
