February 13, 2017 is a day that will forever change the little town of Delphi, Indiana. Abby Williams and Libby German set out to spend a day on the local trails only to never make it out. The grisly details of their untimely deaths are still unknown to this day. Carroll County officials and the FBI worked around the clock to put a face and a name to the monster that ended their short time on this earth.
