We have founder and owner of The Movement Loft, Ellen Hoffman, joining us on this episode to share about her new studio and the importance and significance of movement and our bodies.  The Movement loft is a yoga and dance studio in Dallas, Texas and their mission is to build community through movement. We love that Ellen has designed this studio to be focus on mind, body, and soul. Classes offered are a variety of dance classes, yoga, and even meditation. Finding movement within out bodies gives us a sense of empowerment and strength that invigorates us to our core.
