Karen Hubbard is a Team USA bobsled athlete, engineer, and entrepreneur whose life bridges elite performance, innovation, and purpose. A Purdue-trained engineer and former McKinsey consultant, Karen now competes on the U.S. Olympic path while leading high-impact work in workforce transformation, AI literacy, and organizational culture.

She founded Kortex, a boutique consultancy helping companies transform culture and talent systems in the age of AI, and Karen Sleighs, Inc., her nonprofit supporting youth in STEM and aspiring women in sport. Before launching her own firms, Karen served as a Performance Partner with Google for Startups and advised global STEM initiatives across Detroit, Indiana, and Dubai.

Karen is emerging as a voice for resilience, feminine leadership, and high-performance mindset, blending her lived experience as a chronic illness warrior with her pursuit of becoming an Olympic athlete.
