Kat is from the USA and has a love for all forms of entertainment - she has worked across circus, theatre, cruise ships, theme parks, and international mega events. Kat is based in the UAE and is part of Expo 2020 Dubai, and is an advocate and resource for other young female leaders in the industry. She talks to us all about her fascinating career in North America and the differences working abroad internationally.
