Daya is a highly sought-after coach and consultant to lawyers and law firms across North America, known for her rockstar status in the industry. With degrees in International Law and Civil Law from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, Daya initially envisioned a career in diplomacy but found great success as a Louisiana-based attorney, mediator, consultant, and entrepreneur for over sixteen years before venturing into coaching around 2012.

In her quest to hone her skills, Daya transitioned to Washington, D.C., and successfully completed the challenging Accomplishment Coaching program in 2018. She spent a year training and another two years as a trainer while founding The Success Partner.

Daya now splits her time between her hometown of Daphne, AL (where she relocated to during the pandemic), New Orleans, LA, and various locales as needed to serve her clients effectively. In her leisure time, Daya loves being a devoted cat mom, tromping in the woods, and practicing her artistic pursuits at life studios. On a personal note, she is an only child, born to a family of animal lovers and entrepreneurs in the deep south. She is on her 5th semi-consecutive passport, having only one 4-month lapse during the Hurricane Katrina recovery period.
