We all hide certain aspects of our personalities to conform to what is acceptable office behaviors. But some tech CEO's say its time to embrace what makes us unique and be ourselves for a more harmonious workplace. Will this be the new normal as staff begins to migrate back to the offices they vacated over a year ago or just cause more headaches for HR if individuals begin to let their freak flag fly?
