Episode 84 - One Interesting Exercise To Neutralize Stress

Just wanted to share an experience I'm going through right now that is different from what I have heard before and it may be of benefit to you.

It's pretty simple.


1. Find a passage of a book that connects with you at a visceral level. Something that helps you find some level of peace; at least for a moment.

2. Read the passage internally or out loud and listen to the words.

3. Take a piece of paper and pen or pencil and write the passage down.

4. Do it for 5 days in a row.

5. See what you notice.


Keep in mind, this is read and write not listen to and type.
