On this episode I talk to my pal Ruben Ramalheiro from True North Sports & Entertainment. Ruben has worked in many facets of the music industry. He has been a runner, promotion rep, label representative and now onto his current job as a talent buyer for True North here in Winnipeg Mb. It's always amazing to see people who have worked their way up from just going to local shows that are now working with some of the worlds biggest stars. We get into a little bit of everything on this episode. From Ruben's early years going to community hall shows, how he got into the business side of music.
