A day after Washington Gov. Jay Inslee announced a new two-phased plan to reopen part of the state during the coronavirus pandemic, The WIAA Executive Board voted to move traditional fall sports like football and volleyball back to first in line, starting as early as February. That will only happen in regions that reach Phase 2 of the governor's Healthy Washington plan.
