I have coached youth sports, particularly baseball for about 14 years now and countless  seasons.  Anyone who is wondering why it is so hard to get coaches and umpires has either never been to a youth game or is woefully out of touch.  

Just remember what it is about and that "It isn't always about winning; sometimes it is about doing what is right."
