In this episode Lauren chats with Makena Morley. Makena graduated from the University of Colorado this spring where she holds the school record in the 10,000m and was a 7 time all-american for the Buffs. She recently announced that she joined the Idaho Distance Project and signed a professional contract with Asics. Makena shares about having her college career cut short by the pandemic and navigating the process of going pro during this time.

It was so fun getting to know Makena and we are looking forward to following her career in the coming years!
