Episode 85 - Don't Break the Chain: The Trick to Stack Your Success

Listen Later

Trying to manage your career, personal life, goals, and oh yea, LIVING, can seem overwhelming! How do we expect to succeed in ONE of those areas, let alone ALL of them? If you’re looking to make big moves in your career and life, DON’T DO IT.
At least, not all at once.
Other than inaction, this is the number one killer of dreams: trying to do too much in a short period of time. If you try to do too much in a short period of time, and don’t focus on creating sustainable habits, it will lead you to feeling overwhelmed, inadequate, and disempowered.
In this podcast episode, I break down how to set yourself up for success, avoid sabo-taging your own goals, and following through on your plans to dispense your full po-tential. While this tip is simple, it has had PROFOUND impacts in my own life, and that’s why I want to share it with you! If you found it to be helpful, please share this episode across your social media platforms or a friend you care about- each needs the help of the other!
