Today Karen talks to Suzanna Edgar an Orthopaedic doctor in Scotland. Suzanne went all in on Keto and hasn't really looked back since. She's experimented with what makes her feel good and has found her sweet spot. Listen to her story on how she was always fit and healthy but seemed to be putting on more and more weight.
