On that fateful night in Louisiana, Kurt Angle defended his WWF Title against Triple H, the biggest wrestling stars in the world (Stone Cold, The Rock, Undertaker, Kane, etc.) entered the 30-man Royal Rumble match, Edge & Christian defended their Tag Titles against those damn Dudleyz, and much more. In January of 2001 was also when WCW and ECW were tanking and about to close their doors forever, so the Marks (Troy & Greg) discuss this at length in the news and notes segment for this episode.
