In this special edition of 1010 Thrive, each of the following characters reflect on the legacy of the prophet Daniel:

 

Nebuchadnezzar, the powerful Babylonian king who conquered Judah and tested Daniel's faith, 

Mishael, one of Daniel's three friends who remained faithful to God even when facing a fiery furnace. He is perhaps better known by his Babylonian name, Mesach.

Nitrocris, who was either the daughter or wife of Nebuchadnezzar, who is briefly mentioned in historical accounts, but not emphasized in the biblical story. 

Darius the Mede, a king who took control of Babylon after its fall and promoted Daniel due to his wisdom and faithfulness.

 

Each character comments on Daniel’s integrity and profound faith and the ways in which he witnessed to the wisdom and might of his God.
