In this episode I talk about two deals that I am looking at
The first is a single family flip. This project is a partnership where I put up all the capital and split the backside 50/50 with my partner. The problems is that its a $104,000 deal with a potential profit of about $15,000 or a little over 10%.. That seems like a lot of risk for a little profit.The second deal is a 8 unit multifamily property that is fully rented and has a gross rental income of $3300 per month that I think could be raised.
