Two weeks ago, yoga instructor Jane Donnelly took several teenagers and one teacher through a meditation circle. During the time, there was an opportunity to share personal experiences; therefore, those in attendance gained empathy. Jane showed it as a simple equation: time + sharing + listening = empathy.
