In this episode, I share how I started a new practice of writing out my Affirmation List. This list is on the same page as my gratitudes and prayers. I’m only doing a minimum of three affirmations and prayers a day, but I feel so good about them that I might increase that number one day. Making sure that I do all of these, I added them to my Bookend 0 list and called them GPAs. Gratitudes, Prayers and Affirmations.
