The Happy Place is (a bit) Happier than usual this week as Arkham and Foxy see in the formation of a new Government. Needless to say, it's not all larks and untrammeled merriment - and there's still plenty to grouch about. For all that however, it may still be that chaps' most Upbeat Episode Ever - and you'll certainly never see a ventriloquist in the same light again.
