“Our program philosophy is nothing complex, but it certainly is something we are proud of. We want our kids to live a focused, disciplined and consistent lifestyle both in and out of the wrestling room. What this means is that we expect them to develop a way of life while they are here, not just a set of improved wrestling skills. That said, our goals on the mat are extremely high. We want NCAA Champions and ACC Champions, but not at the expense of the student-athletes’ personal development.”
