Charlene Downes was a teenage girl living in Blackpool, UK when she went missing in 2003 when she was 14 years old. Over the past 22 years many theories on what happened to Charlene has been thrown around, including possibly being cooked into Kebab meet in a local takeaway. She is still classed as a missing person.
