Jackie Ware spent 16 years at Pegasus Residential, climbing from Sales Operations Support Specialist all the way to CEO — holding roles including Property Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Training, VP of Operations, and Chief Strategy Officer.

She stepped into the CEO role in May 2024, succeeding founder Lindy Ware who retired after 15 years. Under her leadership, Pegasus puts people at the center of its strategy — believing that in a saturated market, exceptional service delivered by a well-trained team is the ultimate differentiator.
