Marc takes annual leave and so Michael sits down with sports psychologist Niamh Fitzpatrick to discuss the role of the sports psychologist. Niamh’s work has led to collaborations with Wexford’s 1996 All-Ireland winning hurlers, inter-county teams and Olympic teams. Niamh’s sister Captain Dara Fitzpatrick was one of four Rescue 116 crew members who sadly lost their lives in the Blackrock Island coastguard helicopter crash in 2017.
