In this episode, we get to talk to Joy and Travis Howard. Joy is a professor at the University of Southern Indiana and Travis the Principal of Dexter Elementary in Evansville, IN.

Their story is full of so much hope in so many ways. From the way, they eventually ended up together, getting married, and being Mom and Dad to 3 boys - to their own personal journey of learning about the history of racism in our country, and feeling the effects inside the education system, but ultimately about how they continue to see the all of the next generations as fully human and worthy to be cared for.
