This week, we’re talking about KeKe Palmer’s baby daddy tweet that had everyone in their feelings. He tweeted his disapproval in response to a viral video of Usher serenading Palmer, who sported a stylish black bodysuit underneath a sheer, patterned dress at the singer’s concert. “It’s the outfit tho… you a mom,” he replied to the clip on Twitter. What do we think of his comment? Was he out of line or just keeping it real? We’ll break it down and share our thoughts on this controversial topic.


We’re also celebrating Lil Wayne’s classic album “Tha Carter” that turned 20 years old this week. We’ll revisit some of our favorite tracks, memories and moments from this iconic project that changed the game and influenced a whole generation of rappers. We’ll also discuss Juvenile’s lit performance on NPR Tiny Desk, where he brought back some of his hits like “Back That Azz Up” and “Slow Motion”. How did he do? Did he represent the culture well?


Next, we’ll talk about NBA off-season drama: where will Dame Dolla end up? The Portland Trail Blazers star has been rumored to be unhappy with his team and looking for a trade. Where do we think he should go? What team would be the best fit for him? We’ll debate and analyze the possible scenarios and outcomes for one of the best players in the league. Finally, we’ll touch on SCOTUS overturning affirmative action, a decision that could have major implications for education, employment and diversity in America. What do we think of this ruling? How will it affect us as black people? We’ll share our opinions, concerns and hopes for the future of our community.
