Elements of higher education contradict the Catholic Faith leading to new role.

Began as executive director at St. Vincent de Paul in 2019.

Organization founded on spirituality, solidarity and service. Dubuque branch open since 1858.

Iowa Street Location: Resource as a food pantry, clothing, household items, voucher center, and rental assistance. Volunteers provide home visits to clients, understand their needs and then provide aid. Donations remain local.

Segment 3:

Spirituality aspect of the organization. Praying with people one on one. Bed program established for the needy.

Rick Merfeld's Book: 'Caught Up in Christ' written to provide spiritual first aid.

Caught Up in Christ Ministries created a Spiritual Parenting workshop at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Dubuque with two sessions, May 30th or June 1st at 6;30pm.
