During the pandemic, I developed a fascination for words that start with the “R” alphabet. I discovered many words that lead to healing and growth start with “R”.  I thought to myself, “Holy moly Batman, we’re on to something!” In this quick and powerful podcast, I share some of the words from my curated list of over 60 “R” words.
